WECO2 Park’s Biomass Dewatering, Separation, and Briquetting System

WECO2 Parks (former ATI) has developed a unique biomass dewatering, separation and briquetting system. The system was originally developed to for greenhouse vines (pepper, tomato, cucumber, other) WECO2 Parks advances the agriculture system to also be used with animal manures, not marketable fruits, vegetables, corn, beans and other products. The water removed is used as an agriculture nutrient, the fiber is separated into 4 streams – 1 used as a land applied nutrient and 2- used as a biomass 3 – a pellet for animal or fish food. The system is very efficient due to the use of free heat to power the dryers from the bio CHP unit the uses the biomass from agri products. AR3C has organized other bio technologies at the WECO2 Parks facility that has now been transformed into a Demonstration facility. With AR3C’s assistance, WECO2 Park development projects will be carried out internationally.
