H3CHP has designed a unique combined heat and power plant system which uses syn gas as fuel to its internal combustion engines. An advance Gasification system produces syngas for the engines using biomass mixed agri- waste. The unique design of the gasification system allows to provide clean syngas with a relatively higher calorific value.

The engines having a 35% thermal efficiency for electricity generation provides around 60% waste heat that can be captured as useful thermal energy. Some of the heating can be used in an absorption refrigeration system to produce cooling. The CHP system is equipped with highly efficient heat exchanges to capture heat from the exhaust of engines, engine coolant and the syngas cooling system. With capturing of CO2, the system becomes a quad generation system as shown in Figure 1 below. The system is properly designed by our experienced engineers to preserve the exergy of the system to utilize the maximum amount of heat provided to the system thus improving its overall efficiency.

The nutrition rich liquid collected from compressing agriculture source material, the nutrient rich liquid from the anaerobic digester, the condensate from the drying of organic fiber are distilled in the distiller to collect distilled water for bottling and concentrated nutrients as fertilizer. The distiller vaporizes the liquid at 400C. the liquid is kept under vacuum to achieve this boiling temperature. The moist air is sent through a large condensing unit to collect the water content in the moist air from dryers. This water is also sent to the distiller.

The Nutrition rich liquids are sent back to the fields as fertilizer once examined and labeled for nutrients and the distilled water is separated to be used back in many processes in the facility.

A section of the park is dedicated to grow bio-leather using an initial symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast (SCOBY)by maintaining the micro-environment most suitable for proper growth. For this section we do not need heavy lighting, however the room temperatures are to be maintained at optimum conditions.
