AR3C utilizes WECHAIN to provide tokens to participants in WECO2’s development. The projects are developed from drop-down terms and conditions, tokens are set to be released at agreed milestones once completed, where the tokens can be exchanged on WECHANGE for fiat or other cryptocurrencies.

AR3C utilizes WECHAIN to provide tokens to the project manager / developer were by the tokens can be provided to approved WECO2 suppliers, contractors or service providers who use WECHANGE to trade the tokens for Fiat or crypto currencies or wait until the projects closes and the tokens are purchased by WEFOUNDERS and WEFOUNDERS Tokens are provided

For all R&D or WEOC2 Parks projects in WECHAIN are all monitored by Investors who are approved to invest in AR3C’s / WECO2’s multi level opportunities. The Investors receive reports and monitor the process in the automated WECAIN blockchain. For R&D projects when the projects is completed the WECo2 Fund purchases the tokens from the tokens holders  and provides WEFOUNDERs tokens.

Any participant in developing a WECO2 Park in a Community is placed into the WECHAIN for that projects, they are developers, promotors, municipalities, and more. When the WECO2 Park is completed and operational the tokens provided are exchanged in WEXCHANGE for WEBOND tokens.
